I love coming here!! Food is always on point and the service is quick!! Shake shack never fails me

Over a decade ago, this was the spot where I had my first experience with shake shack, and it turned me into a fan instantly. The burgers here are cooked perfectly every time. The smokeshack is still my go-to with a double patty. The only thing I don't really care for are their fries. I'm usually good after a couple of em but the burgers and shakes are really what to come for, especially as a nightcap before heading back to hotel for the night. I don't know what it is about Vegas but they do fast food really well, especially shake shack. Back home in the Bay, shake shack is pretty mid, so whatever they do here in Vegas, I wish they could replicate that in the Bay Area. If the did, I'd probably go more often lol

On our past trip to Vegas, we decided to indulge in some delicious burgers and shakes at Shake Shack. My personal favorite is the Shack Stack, which is a cheeseburger with a fried cheese stuffed mushroom patty on top, talk about a mouthwatering combination! But wait, there's more! Their cookie and cream shake is also a must try. It goes very well with the crinkle cut fries. I wish we had a Shake Shack back home for those moments when I crave their delicious treats. It's on the pricier side but if you ever find yourself in Vegas or anywhere else with a Shake Shack, make sure to give it a try. You won't regret it!

Food: The quality of the food is exceptional, with rich flavors and accurate fulfillment of my order. Kudos to the Cooks and the entire team tonight. Service: The customer service was exceptional. Despite my oversight in not ordering a mango lemonade, the manager promptly resolved the issue without any complications. "Lola " Ambiance: superb atmosphere

Great food and especially great service. Went to this location after hitting up the Mariah show across the street at Dolby Live. The manager lady was so nice to everyone and made sure to send customers off with a big smile and great customer service. The line was long and she went the extra mile to make sure everyone had a good experience. I asked her if she was the manager and she had a brief glimpse of fear on her face. I told her she gave off great manager energy and she was doing a fabulous job. She went above and beyond. She's a great ambassador for the store. Yummy food + great customer experience = we will be back.

We had fun eating here. The shakes snd food were delicious. The staff are friendly and very attentive.

Delicious. That is all. Whenever I'm in town, I always make sure to stop by this Shake Shack. Sadly the locations near me back home do not compare to this location in terms of food quality and service. I ordered my usual, which was the Shackburger with a side of cheese fries. I also got a cookies and cream milkshake too. The portions here are huge compared to my locations back home. Not only that, but everything is hot and ready to eat as the meat is cooked perfectly, and the cheese literally melts in your mouth. The milkshakes are also amazing and not too sweet. Service is always prompt and even despite the high foot traffic that they get on a daily basis, they always ensure that the food is good to go for customers and it always comes out pretty quickly too. I'll probably be back in a few months when I'm back in town, but for now, see ya again soon my beloved Shake Shack!

Got to try shake shack in Vegas! Yummy! The burgers & crinkle fries are awesome! Very clean tables & floor. Nicely spaced tables. The kitchen is open & bright and the staff calling out our orders was funny! Cashier was very pleasant and kind. Love this place!

The burgers were delicious, however I would consider the buns to be a little soggy. More soft & mushy when compared to a typical burger. So if you're into a different burger, give these a try. Either way, we had the Double Bacon Cheese Burger and the Smoke Shack Burger, both were delicious, just wasn't expecting that. I've had the shakes in previous visits, and they were all very good. The interior is spacious, and is conveniently located near T-Mobile Park, and just outside the New York New York Hotel, and on the Las Vegas Strip. There are also some outdoor seats and tables shared among other businesses. So if it gets crowded, you have options to go outside. FYI, being on the Strip, you might get exposed to an interesting crowd of people.
